This is a 12-month contract opportunity at our customer site, a leading company in Hillsboro, OR.

Job Description:
Maintains NikeNow by identifying and evolving system and usability requirements and enhancements and monitors portal performance.

The primary purpose of this position is managing a portal to provide customer service for technology services to the enterprise. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge and skill in written communication. The NikeNow Portal Manager must be able to apply knowledge of web sites to ensure a cohesive, complete user experience, work with IT resources to resolve performance issues such as access and ease of use. This person will be familiar with how a portal functions, its intention and how web parts interconnect and interact. The NikeNow Portal Manager will apply public relations and technical writing skills as required to meet the communication requirements, and may also be responsible for and/or participate in the development of copy, visuals, or audio-visual content for general communication projects. This person will also partner with various stakeholders across the enterprise and must manage multiple priorities and assess and prioritize continual service improvement initiatives as they impact NikeNow.

Key responsibilities:
• Defines the NikeNow strategy for the Service Management Office, in alignment with the Nike TechOps team goals and vision
• Establish and manage portal specifications by analyzing access, information, and security requirements; design system infrastructure to ensure a friendly user experience
• Advocate for end users across the enterprise and maintain a portal easy and effective for them to use
• Monitor site performance through measured KPIs (traffic, usage, clicks, etc. ) and report out analytics on a regular basis to continually optimize site usage
• Maintain and prioritize requirements backlog based on ongoing tool evaluation and feedback from end-users with the goal of continual service improvement to maximize end-user traffic
• Partners with vendor(s) and Technology teams to develop, test, evaluate and install enhancements and new software as needed
• Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses
• Evaluates usability and implements improvements to enhance capabilities for improved customer service
• Liaison with various Tech and Business partners like TIS, CDT, production support, etc. to ensure accuracy of information available through NikeNow
• Responsible for content and technical development, maintaining continuity of styling and branding, designing layout, streamlining navigation, implementation and maintenance of sites, coordinating site links, and uploading material to servers
• Promote NikeNow across technology and business internal sites to garner more visibility throughout launch across the enterprise
• Responsible for the exploration, implementation, testing and maintenance of new technology
• Acts as Project for all website revisions and web communication initiatives for the unit; provide project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
• Identify solutions to functional and technical issues
• Manages regression testing after each maintenance release

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and minimum 5 years of relevant business experience

Preferred but not required:
• Experience with ServiceNow platform
• ITIL Intermediate Certification and/or experience working with ITIL- based processes
